Just been told that i have a huge split in my V belt. This is the belt from my crank to the powersteering then to my alternator. Anyone have a part number for a 1995 STI or a place i can get one from. I am away from my car and house so i cant get my vin code etc for the dealer.

Any help would be welcome.

 

Provided you have standard size pulleys the same size auxiliary belt fits all Imprezas right from 93 to, I believe, 2009 so it shouldn't be any more difficult than going into the dealer and asking for "an auxiliary drive v-belt".

You'll probably be able to get one in Halfrauds. If you want a Subaru one and the dealer's being a tool re. your non-UK car, the part number to ask for is 809218250
