Default Quiet backbox

hey

I have a classic WRX (MY00) running standart exhaust
I'm looking to get a full 3" exhaust but before that I'd like to find a good quiet backbox, I searched here and on eBay for the prodrive one but couldn't find any

do you guys know someone who's selling one, and if not can you tell me about other quiet backboxes?

thank ya

There are usually plenty of Prodrive silencers for sale on here and eBay but you should know that the Prodrive silencer has an entry 2.5" bore, I have got one of these on my car and they are slightly noisier than the standard silencer but a lot quieter than the aftermarket ones.

If you are going for a 3" system you could get the end of pipe going into the silencer reduced to suit the Prodrive silencer or just use a reducer.

I will probably be getting rid of my Prodrive silencer shortly and going to a full 3" system throughout as I had the whole lot changed except the silencer last November.

Don't go to a main dealer as the Prodrive silencer is around £350 and you can pick them up a lot cheaper than that.

$628 for the midpipe and catback, and that's without shipping.
