Default Fuel starvation on 99 sti5

Noticed before when getting down to a third of a tank the car misfires/is starved of fuel

At Snetterton last week it was doing this just at half a tank of fuel.... and some of the misfires were really bad - I was very surprised at that level of fuel

I'm finally going to fit a Bosch 044 as currently I have the Walbro - do you think that should generally sort out the issue or should I really be looking at a swirl pot? - who would you recommend to do the work for the Swirl pot if needed? (I have read that some use the Walbro to the Swirl pot and then use the bosch 044 from the Swirl pot.. (I know its more complicated than that... with the fuel safety issue

I want to do a lot more track days

Car is running over 450bhp - but not significantly more

Its a common problem with classics, a spec c fuel system will cure it
