Default General oil question

Hi,

Im sure this has been talked about and talked about till the cows come home, but I couldnt find a definitive answer.

I am about to change my oil, I have a MY95 WRX running 312 bhp on approx 90,000 miles, the previous owner used to use semi synthetic.

At the oil change I am going to also be using that Prolong AFMT Engine Treatment.

I want to know what is the best make and grade of oil to use please, also I will run the car at the Pod and at Castle Combe at times.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated

Mods as following:

Apexi Induction kit
HKS SSQV2 BOV
Japspeed Tubular un-equal length headers and up-pipe
Graham Goode oil pump
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Japspeed de-cat
Kakimoto racing exhaust
Scooby chip in a Z4 ECU

I do clear the cob webs now and again, but dont drive like a loony.
I probably do about 5000-6000 miles a year, to and from shows and weekend use etc. Not a daily driver.

Cheers
