I recently changed the Crank Angle Sensor, still not working although making a different sound when trying to start.

I have tried pulling the in-line off the fuel filter, it has filled up 1 and 1/2 drink bottles, still dribbling (I do have half a tank of gas) . This means it's not the fuel filter???

Checked for spark. To me there is spark (little sparks)

My friend told me to replace this black square thing he called a Timing Regulator or something

I have used injector cleaner a few weeks before all this happened

What I don't understand is that I had been using my car a few hours before it died. There nothing that indicated to me it was about to die.

I think you need to put some more information about your symptoms here..
Did the engine suddenly stop when you were driving? Did it make any noises when it stopped running? If you are getting fuel and a spark, maybe it's a timing issue? Have you looked at the cambelt timing?

I had driven the car earlier in the day, no problems. Went to go out a few hours later; dead

Forgot to mention. Have checked timing belt it's not broken.

Im from New Zealand. Bought Crank Sensor second hand from a subaru parts dealer.
