I have read that the Oil to use is Motul V300 15/50.
But is there any paticular filter to use and how much oil would you put back in?
Regards Alan

4.5 litres, and I've heard a rumour that one can find all sorts of rebadged filters in the OE boxes.

Cool

When changing the oil it may be worth fully priming the filter with fresh oil and, later, disconnecting the crank position sensor and turning the engine over on the starter to build oil pressure up ( until the oil pressure light goes out (~2 or 3psi iirc) at the very least ). Then reconnect the cps and start the car. I do this whenever I change my oil. It should help reduce the chance of a bearing failure shortly after the service.
