how long do the 7,s last for in a tuned car, i take it there life is reduced can any one help and mine are gap at 0.6

 

I run 7's and change them every oil change which is a little excessive but at the same time whats £40 for peace of mind
You should get 18 months/2 years out of them

 

I change my oil every 6months, and plugs every 12.

Probably don't need to, but like b13bat says, for £40 it's not too much.

 

cool cheers they have almost been a year were running at 315bhp but have had a remap with bigger turbo and am running 350 bhp now and just feels like they might be blowiong out maybe i need to check the gapping on them or just by some new ones
