fuel cut at 10 psi?
hey guys looking for bit of help, recently fitted a blitz duel port electronic boost controller, running a 225l pump,Z4 ecu, left the original boost solenoid conected up to multi plug, but blocked signal hose from boost side of turbo, was that correct?have no cel on,but i am hitting fuel cut at 10-11psi,every one else seems to think it should be good to run 1.1 bar, around 16psi? any help gratefully recieved !!

you wont run 16psi without a some form of fuel cut defender, the reason you could be getting fuel cut is boost controller bringing boost in too soon and too strong, and the other reason could be the way you have plumbed the boost controller up, by the sounds of it its wrong.

thanx 4 reply, which is wrong, the factory boost solenoid plugged in still but blocked pipe,or my elec boost controller? in on solenoid is from turbo pressure side, out is to wastegate, with trigger boost pipe direct to manifold

basically left the factory boost solenoid plugged in to elec multi plug, blocked the feed hose from turbo nipple, left the hose from solenoid to actuator unplugged, new elec boost solenod,in on solenoid from turbo nipple, out to actuator, low boost is working and set at 6-7 psi, hi boost set to 10-11psi just below fuel cut,i thought fuel cut was at 1.1 bar cerca 16psi? cant see it being plumbing on factory solenoisd as surely would throw a check engine light?
