Default Fuel pressure regulators

I've been looking at different fuel pressure regulators and seen various ones from fuel lab and seen the cheaper ones off E-bay but unsure which one to get?, i'd like one with a gauge and think i'll need a adaptor for the rail, car is a MY04 jdm STi .

Any help appreciated

Well, the 'real' ones are a known quantity and work.....

The only way you'll only find out if an ebay 30 quid special didn't work, is when you'd be left with a melted engine! Go figure...

I've heard that the FSE ones fail, so I'd stay away from these. I have a sard one, and had no problems with it. The SX, fuel lab, and aeromotive ones are all good too.
Keep an eye on here and ebay, some good second hand ones do come up. I paid £25 for the sard with gauge.
