Turbo query/worry (td05 20g, turbosmart boost controller)

In the first 6 months i had the car it's hit overboost on the boost controller once

but in the last week it's hit it 3 times!

I'm sure it's not holding boost as well as before

(it's always had a 'whistle' on full boost- assured by builder/mapper this is normal! air being drawn in...)


I've mentioned this to all manner of scooby / turbo guys and i've had the lot- who said anything from actuator , wastegate, pipes, gaskets, normal

I'm not 100% confident to test these and a bit of a buttered-spanner-guy

Can i book up at a garage of choice and they test each possible answer?

Who in the south can be trusted?
