annoying engine noice,giz a clue?

the only way i can discribe it,is it sounds like a super charger wineing,seams to happen when the engine is warm,and if you give it some on boost it gets louder?another way gto discibe it is imagine a tight belt on one of the pulleys or sumat.lol,doin mi head in!

Help please.

Power steering pump normally. Check fluid level.
Mine wa on the full mark but it still wined so i brimmed it with fluid and its quite now!
You cant overfill really.
