hi i would have the water pump inspected along with the crank seal and oil pump if in doubt change them along with the hydraulic tensioner as these have been prone to going bad if all ok do the full timing belt kit pulleys etc

yes thats the kit but you have to take the cover of and see if yours has the auto tensioner its quite easy if the tensioner pulley is like the one in the picture then thats the right one if not you will have to get the earlier type which is held on with two bolts i got my tensioner from them which was the earlier type 94 quid i think and the timing belt kit cost me £157 i say check the other things as when your in there you would have to take the timing belt off again if the water pump or seals were to fail.

I've just done the timing belt on mine. I saved myself £180 plus by fitting new bearings to the 2 lower idler pulleys(£91 plus VAT each). The bearings are a standard size and available at any bearing supplier. I paid £32 for them. There are 3 bearings altogether; 2 on the toothed pulley, and 1 on the plain pulley. If you can change a wheel bearing you can do this job.
