Default upgraded springs on a bugeye wagon

Ive just had most of my suspension set up changed to a mixture of perrin arbs, droplinks etc and tein springs,i love the look and the way that the car handles, but i dont like the massive loss of comfort-especially from the rear of the car which makes an assortment of creaks now on uk roads.
Have read the opinions and i feel that the only true alternative may be a set of prodrive springs with the current set up or change back to standard springs with the current set up.
Any thoughts on what to do.Have thought about whether its viable to change the rear springs only, but i assume that this may make the car unstable.
I have only been running this set up for about a month and i havent had a wheel alignment/geometry set up,so i dont know if this may change things,or if the springs need time to loosen up.
Any advice would be appreciated
