Unhappy Judders on cold start up. - Advice please :)

Alright guys,

About 3 weeks ago on my way back from work I was almost home when my petrol light came on, I decided to carry on and fill up the next morining as this was the last time i would be using the car that night.

The next morining I got in the car to drive to the garage and it starting sounding really deep and chokey and had lack of power in low revs. The car was also juddering with unequal bursts or splutters from the exhaust.

I managed to get to the petrol station (3 mins away) and fill up. As i drove away it didnt judder once, i put it down to almost running out of petrol and carried on my journey.

Now not every morning, but I'd 5-6 times since that took place 3 weeks ago, the car has done the same thing untill warm.

Is this some gunk it my engine that it picked up whislt running on the bottom on the tank that time my petrol light came on?

The CEL does not come on. And i dont hear any slapping noice from the engine bay, just grunts and shakes.

Please, any advice?

I've spotted now that the back right spark plug was going crazy sparking. Which might explain the judder. But why after a few mins does it stop?
