Default Its a Cow to start!

MY 54 Impreza STi UK spec. The thing is a swine to get started when its cold and been stood over night. Service couple months ago and had PFR7's put in only 20 thousand on clock but its still a cow to start. Is this normal or is there something a miss. Its got STI panel filter in but other then thats its factory standard. Any ideas please?

The STI filter wont interfere with the starting, it sounds as though you have another problem somewhere, it should start within the first 3 times it turns over (my last new age STI just belted straight into life ) so its worth dropping her off at the garage to find out what is wrong (poss a sensor somewhere?)
