Default turbo timer wireing help

went and got a turbo timer nothing to fancy but cant work out were all the wires go ive got one brown wich gose to the hand brake a black one witch is a earth then i have a red one wich is a live a yellow one witch is ig on blue wich i have no idea were it gose it says blue to (acc)+12 any help would be great

Blue goes to the ignition accessory circuit.....use a multimeter to find which wire is live when you turn key to Acc then use that for blue, The ignition wire which is live all the time is used for the Red. And the wire that starts the car is the Yellow.

thanks have done that but no joy going to put the earth wire in the ecu next see if that will do it

did not think it would be such a pain in the neck have tryed the earth on the ecu and still no joy dont understand why it wount work

try puttin earth and positive straight to the battery see if the timer works......then if that works then your doing something wrong

did it not come with a wiring harness? i need to try and fit mine at some point ive no instructions lol

still haveing probs with it can get it to flash when i put the earth wire on then it gose out dose it have to go to the ecu will

Do you have the make/model or a link to where you got it from??

How are you testing it after fitting?? Mine does not work until the engine has been running for a minimum of 5mins

no it goes to ignition wires it has nothing to do with ecu....try gettin g a harness for it so all you need to do is just unplug and plug harness.
