Welcome
Did you HPI the car before you purchased it? (or have it inspected for accident damage?)

They all seem to be on the drivers side, steering, airbag, water.... points to either accident damage or badly put in items.
Check to see if there are any blockages (leaves, dirt etc) near the window and inside the engine bay where the water collects to flow off the car, im still a little suspicious that its all in one place, you may find that the sensor is the drivers side wheel also you need to get a good look at the car on a ramp i would say, see if there has been any damage, it (hopefully not, fingers crossed!) may end up expensive if it has

Are the STI seats fitted with the side airbags or not?
Pads available at the dealers or just do a search for alcon brake pads, hopefully something cheaper will come up

Some of the STI seats didnt have side airbags and i think the WRX did, that may be your first problem, a car electrician may help you out more there

Think 21 is a code for one of the wheel sensors. Dirty or wire is broken/disconnected?

air bag light onsti saloon seats fitted wire on car under drivers seat no plug 2 fit into
Fixed with a resistor. Cant remember what resistance and SEARCH isn't working

big down pipe close 2 steering knuckle rumbles up collum when I put foot down
Either its a cheap downpipe or the steering has been moved in a crash. Get the chassis looked at or put on another downpipe.

carpet getting wet on drivers side
Leak around windscreen/door not sealing (crash) or blocked drainage

where 2get front pad (prodrive big brakes)
Try AS Performance or Godspeed

salloon sti seat fitted 2 this wagon but rear seat is different fit any way round this as i like them thax daz new 2subaras
Saloon back seats won't fit a wagon.
Sounds like an unloved car - hope nothing worse comes to light.
