Default coil-overs

hi all my car has developed a misfire and i believe i have diagnosed the problem down to plugs and coil-over being cracked.does a non turbo legacy have coil-overs and would a coil-over pack from a 2L legacy GL on a L reg fit my m reg sti scooby.

dont buy four coil overs, you'll end up with a suspension kit !!

also i think second hand coil packs (if thats where you are going) are a waste of time mate, from experience.
they degrade over time (as they get hot and cold from the manifold / engine etc and end up getting brittle and breaking down. (been there done it)

they are expensive (£55+vat each) approx, but worth it for peace of mind.

there are other options to install coilpack kits in other places and run a ht lead to each plug, but never done this myself.

best bet is to use an authorised advertiser on here if you are unsure (only takes a quick phone call)

no to worry i did more looking in to this after i posted the 1st message and its all irrelevant as the legacy don't have coil-overs.
