firstly are all alternators for classic's the same fitment
or is there difference between the years??

secondly can the alternator surrounding be removed for powder coating ??
if so is it easy ???

hi mate when my altenator went last year i got told that there are different alternators for different years. you will need to check your model code on the top of it and get one of the same number that is what i got told by a garage up here anyway.

anyone know about stripping it down for painting the caseing???
