Oil Advise
Hi, my car is currently running 322bhp but had a boost leak, so think it might run about 340bhp on a good day with the boost sorted.
Its has the following:
FMIC
Power FC & Commander & has been mapped
Apexi Induction Kit
FPR
Its meant to have a uprated cams but don't have any paperwork to back it up.
I'm wanting to do an oil change within the next week or so, but have read through so many different types of oil threads i'm totally confused as to what oil to go for.
The car is a v3 sti.

To be fair, there are that many you could use!
I have my 03WRX serviced by RCM, and they have always used Silkolene Pro R 15w50, i currently have around the 340bhp mark as well, at the maximum.
Before that, i think TSL used 10w50 in the past, and Scoobyclinic used Silkolene Pro S. So it is really a matter of what your garage uses.
There are loads of good oils of course. I think RCM should know what they are on about!
