hi lately my v3 sti as been over boosting is it the turbo actuator thats had it

Depends dude, what mods have you done. My v3 sti overboosted because I had a full 3'' system from turbo back. I ended up putting on the std downpipe and all is fine, you could also use a decent boost controller

Might just be the cold weather of late ... more details required to make a proper diagnosis.
