Try wiggling the crank sensor (and cam sensor while you're at it). Then try cranking over...

Disconnect for about 1/2 hour should do it (enough time for the capacitor to run down and forget sensor I/O values).

The crank sensor is in-line with the crank pulley and on top of the block, just below the alternator. Cam sensor is on block near to the oll-filler pipe (looks like crank sensor too).

and here we have the answer I bet, the new plugs have fouled up...

Take them out, give them a clean, regap them to 0.7mm if you didn't do that already, bung them back in and tell me it started fine...

THEN GO FOR A DRIVE, not let it tick over and switch off.
Surprising how many times I've seen new plugs do this...

Oh ok...

99.9% of the time when something is wrong with the car immediately after someone has worked on it, it turns out to be something they did / didn't do. Just hate to see you go down a load of roads not related to what you did first.

Hey up mate. Have you checked the fuse and fuel pump relay?

Found a wiring diagram i had with mine so hope this helps

the relay should have 4 wires coming from it which are:
Black/Blue: (To fuse: FB-9, No.13)
Grey:
Black: (Ground)
Red/Black: (To Fuel pump control module)

The Red/Black wire goes to the fuel pump control module via a conector.

There should be 5 wires conected to the fuel pump control module which are:

black: (To fuel pump)
White: (To fuel pump)
Red/Black: (From relay)
Blue/Green: (Bulk head??)
Black: (Ground)

The Black and white wires go to the fuel pump via a conector.

Somebody correct me if this is wrong. cheers
