Default ecu re map question, help

hi all, right then, i am looking at getting a remap done on my 2002 sti type uk. now it already has ppp on and when spoke to mapper says that they just do away with the ppp and map from scratch.
now could i just take my ppp ecu and deal with some one that has a standard sti8 and they have my ecu for there car. is that possible? (if so what sort of price could we be looking at? i have the de cat 2nd pipe and what i think is the cat)
all opinions welcome please. cheers.

that's been a long wait not for the clutch I mean we have been gremlined with little issues each time we have tried to do it in the past.. fuel leaks etc..

Default Simtek £ ?

LOL ! Hi JGM ! Long time no see

My "misery" started at the begining of May 2008.

I'm also waiting for GHL to tidy up the old girl second week in February !

I was just wondering if you could PM me the cost of the various SimteK options, even if I'm supposed to be cutting my 2009 budget !

As soon as Rick has the Exedy Hyper thingy in I'm ready !

Hope you don't mind Yorkshire this time of year ?

Cheers,

duncan
