If you've got a some more moolah, then this is considered a more sophisticated option (prob more accurate too). I think it chimes/bongs if det occurs too - which is a brilliant feature IMHO...

KS-3 Knock Analyser - Knock Detection System. Complete Kit - Knock Sensor Included.

that looks like a serious bit of kit.. comes highly recomended too i see, fairly easy on the eye
and to be honest, its a fair price for something that could save you much more ££££......

Abso...bloody...lutely! No brainer mate.

As I say, the audible warning is worth the money alone - it's sooo easy to miss/overlook a visual flash/flashing

No I don't... as I have an Apexi PFC ECU with the Commander to monitor knock level, in conjunction with a rapidly flashing CEL light, if knock is too high.

If I didn't have the PFC then, yes, I'm certain I'd buy the KS3 ...

I have both...after 6 months the probe of my AEM UEGO failed...it´s located in the downpipe, about 6 inch away from my turbo.

I also have the knocklite, with external sensor, it works fine, and even on sunny days I can see it.

KS-3 Knock Analyser - Knock Detection System. Complete Kit - Knock Sensor Included.

Great pieces of kit. Have one fitted to mine and it makes the Knocklink look very primitive in terms of design and function.

A friendly PM/email may get you a discount too
