Default Need help with hesitation

First off, sorry as i know this is a subject done to death but i have searched and cant find any with my problems.

Right,

I dont have hesitation on acceleration or on boost. mine is low down.

from idle when i rev there is a small delay between me pushing accelerator and it reving(with the sound of hesitation)

also if i hold revs at 2k-2.5k i can hear the occasional miss and sounds little lumpy.

if i drive normally down a hill at same rpm i can hear the same noise from engine missing slightly.

And if im in traffic i will drive in first but when i try to drive steadly at 3k revs the car will start to kangeroo and i have to accelerate harder to break through it(does it in 2nd to)

it did it before i put the front mount on so i dont think its boost pipe related. i have 7b's gapped at .6.
i have checked all coilpacks and plugs and they all look fine.
I have bought a universal lamda sensor a while back but wasnt sure wether to try it or not.
I have a vta but i blanked it up and it made no difference.
full spec is in my profile.

also when i rev car and let go the revs drop right down to 200rpm then up again to 750.

i can live with this problem but its getting annoying now.

please any help would be gratefull

not been remapped since you changed the exhaust from 2.5inch to 3inch..

Link ecu is MAP based so will not compensate for increased air flow etc.. probably lean low down.. might be on boost too of course.

Hello Si, been meaning to give you a tinkle.

could it be anything else? think im going to swap front lamda and see if that helps as it was doing it with the 2.5" aswell i believe(short memory) clean up the TPS and ICV too.

Think its time for my 4th session with you mate

the link you have is not very good at lambda control so I doubt it is that

Dave does it happen when the car is warmed up also? I have a similar thing happening with mine but only happens when the car is cold.

Just noticed your going to give the TPS a clean, was going to mention that aswell. My fault for not reading properly. Would like to know how you get on after you do it so an update would be brilliant

update, cleaned the ICV and TPS and the rev hesitation disapeared but there is still a slight miss when cruising down hill.

90% better though
