Default What power can I expect

Hi all. Just about finished my little project and wondered what sort of power to expect. I have a V3 STI RA with the following mods:

ARP head bolts
Gas flowed head
Tubular headers
3 1/2" turbo back exhaust
20g turbo
440 injectors
Walbro pump
ram air filter
Fully de-cat
New rebuilt group n gearbox

A friend is going to custom burn a chip for it as still have the standard ECU which already has a chip in it but no good for these mods and cant afford a PFC at the mo

Any advice or comments appreciated…

wait till you can afford the remap simple as

the 440's are way too small for the 20g as well, tbh i'd wait and get some 550's and a propermap before running it

It will be a proper remap mate, tweeny-Rob "formally from perfect touch" is going to map it for me. I just want to know what sort of power to expect and if I should get any other little bits before going to the expence of a remap???

440's are too small for the 20g turbo you need at least 550's so your gonna be limited by those injectors and if you don't have an adjustable fuel reg I doubt you will get past 340bhp ???

What about power then, what to expect? What are standard internals in the block good for as well?

Definately 550's and a fpr and a proper remap like JGM or Bob R mate to see good power out of the 20g, you might be looking at 350-380 bhp then?

Assuming its a proper 20G from the likes of Andy F you should be good for 380ish

Mine made 387BHP on an Andy F 20G with supporting mods.
