Boost / fuel cut issue?

Boost / fuel cut issue?
I have just fitted a Blits DSBC to my wagon and am having a strange issue.
When the but the car is boosting to .5 bar its getting fuel cut.
The boost gauge and boost controller are showing a maximum boost of .5 bar. But the Power FC is showing that boot is peaking at 1.4 bar?
I blanked the pipe that was "teed" into the actuator pipe but not disconnected anything else.
Anyone have any suggestions?
