should be around .9 bar thats on a my99 fuel cuts in at 1.2 bar. Running 1 to 1.1 bar should be ok, befor i had a remap i was runin at 1.1 for just over a year.

0.5 bar is normally the limp home mode boost level that is if the boost gauge is reading correctly

erm,i junked mine for a dawes device but you could try giving it a clean out with some brake/carb cleaner also check that the restrictor pill aint blocked or anything stupid like that. Best thing would be to try another solinoid on there,or check the actuator aint stuck or baddly adjusted. Shoul have to tug the actuator arm about 1-2mm over the wastegate arm where the c-clip holds it in place.

my uk turbo is boosting 0.7bar its a 97 standard car. 0.7 is the correct boost for a standard uk car i believe.
