Default Please help dull thud?

Hi all i wondered if anyone can help me out. When i am braking at slow speeds in my 54 sti i am getting a dull thuding noise from the n/s/f area of my car.
I have had it jacked up and checked the driveshaft, track rod, bottom balljoint, anti roll bar and wheel bearings but cant find anything wrong. was wondering if anyone has had this problem, it has 44k on the clock, it is really annoying.
Thanks in advance.
chris.

have you checked the run out on you discs?
Do you feel anything through the brake pedal?
Do you need to replace the front pads?
Insufficient detail to attempt to give an easy solution.

Check the driveshaft nut. I had my nsf come a little loose but the noise was more of a click. Worth a look.
