first time i ever used that smiley
Bloody hell that was fast!! Thanks so much!!

i take it using a 0.8 would be fool hardy and result in more power for about 2seconds before i regretted it...? I will be RR it as soon as its fitted to check air:fule, det and boost

many thanks!

So smaller the mm bore through the pill the greater the boost? Just trying to understand the role of the pill in boost control

Yes, it'll take a greater amount of boost pressure to overcome the wastegate actuator's spring, because the small bore is restricting airflow at any given boost level... Net result: more boost.

hi i called my subaru dealer and they said the computer showed a 1.2mm bore pill for my wagon... but at about £2.70 each i ordered a 1.2mm and a 1.0mm and might try and sneak the 1mm on after a couple of rolling road runs on wednesday (thanks to Mathew and the guys at Walace Performance for squeezing me in after work)

i will try and remember to post the the results up in case anyone else is interested in them if i do try both bore pills.

oh and does a 3 port solenoid mean it has 3 seperate vacume hoses plummed to it? If so, mine is a 2! thanks Simon

regards, Ash
