i just put the bolt in for a few turns till it took a firm enough hold in pin to pull the pin/bolt out by hand. bolt is just to get a hold of pin not extract it like a puller.

you screw the bolt in to the pivot thingy and then pull it out and it will pull the pivot out with it

I find the best way is to put a pair of mole grips on the bolt that you have screwed in,then tap it out with a hammer. Usually doesn't take much to effort to remove it

It should all be greased in there, and once you have the bolt screwed in a few threads, the whole clutch fork pivot pin should just slide out nice and smooth.
