problem with clutch fork please help ???
can some one shed some advice pleae , ok im taking the engine out of my uk wagon its all good to go and ive put the bolt in to seperate the clutch fork (thingy) it goes in about 15 turns then it tightens down very tight , box and engine wont seperate !!! , took the bold out and it looks like the last 3 threads are threaded!!! not all the way up the thread seems very weird .what am i doin wrong ? is there anoutha way around it ?

wondered how long it would take to get a replie lol well i didnt realise you had to pull on it !!! ???? i thought you wound iin and it pulled it out so you twist it in thn pull on it ?

I find the best way is to put a pair of mole grips on the bolt that you have screwed in,then tap it out with a hammer. Usually doesn't take much to effort to remove it

It should all be greased in there, and once you have the bolt screwed in a few threads, the whole clutch fork pivot pin should just slide out nice and smooth.
