Default Power FC Timing

I would hardly need your advice about the timing setting of my Power FC.

Here are the facts of the advanced timing starting at idle rev:

(idle rev) 17 - 25 - 34 - 38 - 34 (2800rpm at 0 bar)
27 - 21 (3200rpm at 0.3bar) - 20 - 19 (from 3600 and about 0.7bar)
18 - 19 (from 4400 to 5800 at 1.7bar)
20 (after 5800rpm and 1,3bar)

Boost is dropping whatever I set on the AVCR, would like to see 1,5bar on top, but it always drops to 1,3bar, will try to set the duty higher on top.

Regardless of boostsetting I have slow spoolup from downlow, have to take some fuel out, maybe and then it hits quite good in the middle of the rev, but feels as someones holding the car back after 5500rpm!
Can this be a bad timing?

I have a big turbo and 650 injectors on my EJ22 with STI V6 heads.

Please let me know your opinion!
Many thanks in advance!
