what would you suggest ?
my bottom end went on friday and is knocking bad 
thing is i will get the engine out but should i go for a 2.5 liter or just get uprated crank and bearings and pistons ect? will be doing it over time and there is no rush to get it on the road, and if i build it i want it to last this time any sugestions are welcome and any links or places for good parts would be great plus think i will put it in the project area then 
spec of my car at the mo is on veiw my scoob and any help in which way to go would be great and then let the project begin
