are there any supporting mods on the car? 19 sounds too much for standard without the necessary fuel

i traced the wires on the switch today and found that one goes underthe bonet to a box by the boost solanoid . the box has a pipe coming of going to a t piece linking it to the vacum pipe from the air inlet pipe to the boost solanoid . apart from that the car has a cone filter and a stainless exhaust on . it pulls like mad on 19psi with out any trouble from the fuel cut out . im in paignton devon
