Default classic wagon - hesitation under boost

hi people,

im wondering if anybody could help me, i have a 95 wagon that seems to have developed a misfire or the likes which is noticeable mainly under heavy boost starting around 10/11psi, although in saying that it does feel a bit different to drive - almost like it has a bit more back pressure when backing of the gas..

It has been raining quite heavily the last couple of days around where i live and i have only started to notice this yesterday so have yet to see if the dry weather makes any difference.

It has a couple of simple modifications done to it (K&N induction, de-cat exhaust, eprom chip upgrade and blow off valve) whether that potentially might be adding to the issue.. I initially thought that water could have been coming up the air feed that i have under the front bumper but at the filter end it seems dry..

Anybody had any similar experiences or got any ideas on where to start?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Rich

P.S - do any of you guys live around the richmond park area as every time i drive through there i usually see a nice example of a wrx go by - seems to be quite a few around...
