I heard it was a PITA so I got Zen Performance to fit mine, saves all the hassle.
I would think its a days work with some cutting required, and space needed to leave your car in bits if not finished. Of course there is probably someone that can do it their lunch break!
If Zen is too far to travel, I believe Motorworx is in Uxbridge, can't be too far from you.

you made hard work of that mate^^^. i cant understand why people still buy the wrong fmic that you have to cut the inner wing when there are kits on the market that the pipework goes through the old baffel box hole in the inner wing i bought autobahn 88 £249 and i didnt have to drill a single hole never mind cut lumps out of my pride and joy. use your heAD silly *******.

The guy asked for instuctions on how to fit a front mount. He didnt say which make or model he has bought. The link i posted has helped lots of people fit front mounts wether they need to cut bits out or not it is a pretty good guide with lots of picture for those who have never taken there scooby to bits before. So i was of more help than you have been to the original poster.
