My car has been working progress for far too long and has not been started for a year an have made numerous changes include avcr and now I have these faults

The avcr is set correctly i think settigs
1 for purple wire inj monitor
4 for jap car
Arrow down for TPS

now when i have come to start the car i get the cel light with these faults 44 24 and 31, Has anyone seen this before

tps seems to be working right it shows 5.0 or so volts undepressed and 0.8 or so depressed

is the original boost control valve ment to stay conected even though its not used

is its possable it is one fault causing these three codes

any help appreciated
