Question Best remap for 96 WRX

Hi newbie here - I need to get my 96 WRX import remapped. Been recommended apexi pfc but living in Cornwall having problems finding an apexi as these are apparently in short supply for my year/model. Is there anything else as good as or better?

Any answers would be appreciated.

Not sure if Alan on here as "Enginetuner" could do anything for you. He is reasonably near you in Plymouth

As you are just down the road from us feel free to pop up for a chat , as for available ecus the SimTek would be the one for you...
Better all round than the APexi and roughly the same money fitted and mapped....

Could you explain why the simTek would be better for me just out of interest. What sort of price are you talking?

No need for the additional boost control kit or external boost controller , no MAF , more features and extras such as antilag and launch control...
As I mentioned feel free to pop up for a chat and I can run through the hole thing with you ......
Price for a 96 SimTek is £995 supplied fitted and mapped using a combination of rolling road and road tuning....
