Tek 2 is a generic map for common mods, e.g decat and induction, where as a Tek 3 remap is a custom remap to your car's exact spec giving the best results.

Would the tek 3 give more power/torque than a tek 2 then?? All my car has had done is this:

Ninja down pipe (Sports cat)
Ninja de-cat centre section
Ninja 4.5” slash-cut backbox
K&N panel filter
NGK pfr7b plugs
Samco intercooler pipeing

On MY99 car with a downpipe I would defo go with the tek 3 remap, as it may possibly be running lean.
So you will get more power and added reliability with a tek 3 map.

tek 2 is a bad idea on impreza, no two are the same, and the only way you'll get a safe result is for it to be so wide in its tollerances that your getting limited performance increase, even so you risk it running with dodgy afr.

tek 3 is the only true safe way to map it
