Hi All.

Just been fitting some front mudflaps to my MY95 GL 5 door.

I needed to turn the wheels to be able to be able to use a screw driver. Didnt want to only be running the engine for 30 seconds, so as my drive is sloped, let the handbrake off to roll a bit while turning the steering wheel about 270 degrees.
Finished the righthand mudflap, so now I need to roll a bit more, and turn the wheels the other way.
I found that the steering lock has come on (I know it's suposed to do this after so much turning of the wheels), so I think that I'll have to start the engine this time.
But, the ignition wont turn!! It's stuck in the lock position.
Evidently, I should have left the keys in the ignition at least at the 'electrics on' position while I was doing this

Hopefully, I'm just a muppet and there's an easy way to switch the locks off, but I need telling!
ASAP too as I was planning to use my car this evening, and need to in the morning!
