Which oil WRX MY07 2.5

Can anyone advise me which to use i.e fully synthetic,semi and which 5w 30 etc ? Its being serviced on Friday and I wanted to supply my own oil. Its standard at the moment but considering a remap, fuel pump and sports cat so hopefully be 300 bhp ish soon.
