Default BLUE SMOKE

alright guys got an induction kit fitted at the weekendall is well apart from sometimes when i floor her she gives blue smoke out the back. this cant be normal can it. also it gets worse. when im driving above 60 and drop her into neutral the revs will fall to 0 and engine will cut out. but if i then put it back in gear it bump starts back up. spoke to the mechanic who was doing all the work to my car and he thinks they might of knocked the maf. sencor or something like that. Any advice should i keep driving her or park her up.

blue smoke = oil

over fuel and run lean?? that is rather contradicting lol

the ecu might not compensate for the extra air properly and cause it to run lean

thats my point though, isnt that the whole point of the maf, so the ecu knows how much air is coming in so it can adjust the fuel accordingly??

Mafs are very week on my99-2000 cars. Its a well known problem that induction kits can cause maf failure on cars of that age. Most stick to a good panel filter.

Turbo seals or excessive blow by past the rings blowing oil through the breather system.

See if your intercooler is full of oil.
