Squeaking rear drop link.
I have searched but not found the info required.
API fitted upgraded rear drop links on m STI 3, and now it sounds like a gangbang on a 30 year old rusty bed.
I have taken them off and refitted with copperslip aplenty but still the same. Is there anything I can do to cure this?.
Can I relieve the 'bush' so that the steel insert is slightly longer ?
Can I fit it with a locknut and not do them up so tight?
Any ideas greatly recieved as it is an embarisment to drive at the moment.
