Default 1000 mile service
Guys,

My GB270 wil be due its 1000mile service/oil change soon. Anyone what the goin rate for this is nowadays? I did a search, but the only threads I could find, were from 2005-2006, where the concensus appeared to be £40-£50 for UK cars and £100 for Imports.

Also what exactly is done at the 1000mile point? A simple oil change, and analysis of the old oil?

I think mine was £50.00 - not sure exactly what they done though. I guess it just involves a check that everything is how it should be, and the oil change.

The Labour charge is free,you only pay for the fresh oil which cost me £28.55

Well for anyone that is interested, got the car serviced yesterday: Cost me an absolute bargain of £152!

Not bad for an oil change eh!
