Default fuel pressure

hi all, i have just fitted an autotive adjustable regulator but was wondering what to set the pressure at? the car runs 1.2 bar of boost and makes around 310-320bhp and is a my95 sti ra?

anyone have something like this?

When I fitted my Fuelab regulator, I was advised to set the pressure at 2.9bar.
I'm running 320bhp on an MY99 turbo. Hope this helps.

is that with the vacuum pipe disconnected?

pipe off set at 3 bar......

Pretty sure thats the normal set up when fitting an fpr

3 bar atmospheric, i.e. with the vacuum pipe pulled off.
