Default OBD light on/flashing! Please help

I have a 2004 sti, full de-cat system & ECU remap.
started the car yesterday all fine, got up the road OBD light came on, then started flashing and car started to labour really badly with no power. after a few mins the light stopped flashing, but stayed on, car felt normal again?
The car keeps going through this phase static light/flashing and labouring.

Can anyone please advise me of probable cause/solution to this?

after reading some other threads, could be the 02 sensor?

cheers guys.

I would take it to a garage & put it on the diagnostics just to be on the safe side. De-cats can cause lights to flash too. Hope it aint serious fella.

as said you need to plug it in to see the recorded error code(s).

thanks for the feedback guys, only confirms that the car must go to a garage.
would a subaru dealer fix this fault even if the car is fully de-cated?

see if they will reset the ecu.. this will clear all learnt data and if it is an issue related to exhaust it may run fine for a short time until it relearns unless it is det related in which case it will be instant.
