Default Kock at idle-2000rpm?

Hi all! I've just got a 1995 RA, and i've noticed a knocking noise. It's coming from the passenger side front of the engine,it's louder under near the headers.
It comes and goes,at any temp, low down the rev range with no load. Also, if i disconnect the injector passenger front,it stops.
It's loud enough to hear in the car(just) and im worried it's something serious!
I've had the car for about 400 miles worth, only put v power in it,just done a oil change(mobil 1),and no difference.Im soon to put some new plugs in too.
Car's done 61000 miles(with cert),runs perfect.

Any ideas?(apart from the dreaded bottom end!!)

Thanks,
