Strong smell of petrol!
Just been sat outside the missus house while she picked some clothes up, i was idling for about 5 mins, and when she got in she said she could smell petrol.
And as soon as she said it, i noticed it too, and it was pretty strong!
Is it the car running rich cos of a sensor or something(fingers crossed), or perhaps something more sinister??
Any thoughts greatly appreciated, i am currently staining my trousers!

at this time of year, i would check the filler neck for the petrol tank,
if its an ollder scooby, than all that salt and grit rots the neck and can cause a leak plus the strong smell of petrol.
hope that helps
