i have a uk wagon done nearly 130k has a full service history from subaru, everything is fine with mine although have changed suspension, exhaust, brakes for upgrades,
should be fine if its uk spec and been looked after, you get a lot of bad ones with low milage aswell.

They need looking after at that mileage. I bought mine on 105k and it's now up to 131k. During that time, pretty much everything has gone apart from the glass and the bodyshell itself and that was a well looked after car.

Stuff just gets old and worn out unfortunately, and you'll find most sensors from Subaru are £200-£300 each. I think if you go into it with your eyes open, expecting big maintenance bills and take that off the buying price, you won't go far wrong.

complete opposite of silent

I have upgrade a lot of parts but a lot are still original too.. cam and crank sensors, alternater, starter motor, brake master cylinder, and now on 232,000miles on a 96.. bought at 78k and have only done one of the driveshaft gaiters and one wheel bearing.. original engine runs but is not in the car.. that has done 198,000miles with only one head gasket changed.. original turbo still fine too..
just passed mot with a replacement drivers seatbelt and a steering arm gaiter changed
