HOW DO I FIT A UPGRADED FUEL PUMP TO MY SUBARU 1995 STI AS IAM NEW TO OWNING A SUBARU

In the boot on the right hand side is a cover with about 8 bolts, remove those and lift the cover off. You then have access to the tank, remove the bolts on top the tank unplug the wires and put out the pump and sender unit, take care not to damage the sender. Remove the pump and fit the new one to the bracket, use your old filter not the one that comes with pump.

Oh and take your CAPS lock off

i always thought that the pump was undcer the rear seat?

Nope it's in the boot, some prefer to remove the back seat to make more room.
